30-Day Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Bhakti products. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items should be in their original condition and packaging where possible. For hygiene reasons, we may ask for photos of the product before approving a return.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
How to start a return
- Email us at support@bhaktimat.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back. We recommend a tracked shipping method.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items — in those cases we cover it or refund without requiring a return.
Damaged or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges The fastest way to exchange is to return your item for a refund and place a new order.
