Where we ship We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery estimates
- United States: 7–14 business days
- Canada: 5–12 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.
Shipping costs Shipping costs (if any) are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Customs & duties Orders shipped within North America do not normally incur additional customs fees. If any import fees apply in rare cases, they are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or stuck packages If your tracking hasn't updated in 10+ business days, email support@bhaktimat.com and we'll investigate with the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost, we'll reship or refund in full.
Wrong address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to correct it before shipment.

They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. If you are pregnant, have a skin condition, circulatory issues, or any health concerns, consult your physician before use. Do not use on broken or irritated skin. Results vary from person to person.
Pricing & payment Prices are displayed in your local currency where supported (USD for US customers, CAD for Canadian customers). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. We accept payment through the secure payment methods shown at checkout.
Orders We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or contain pricing errors. If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund.

Intellectual property All content on this site (text, images, branding) is the property of Bhakti and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bhakti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Use products as directed.
